Earth television network recently announced the official North American launch of its website, earthTV.com, allowing visitors to experience near-to-live camera feeds from more than 60 worldwide locations on five continents. earthTV also reaches more than 2 billion television viewers globally by providing live programming to over 50 TV networks in over 200 countries, including The Weather Channel, NHK and Sky TV.

How the contest works: each day a panorama will be shown from one of the many earthTV cameras, contestants have the opportunity to show off their knowledge of sites and geography by guessing the actual location. Contestants are awarded miles for corrrect anwswers and the one with the most wins. In case of a tie there will be a drawing. The contest runs from June 15, 2009 to July 15, 2009.
